As the days turn to years, gradually we draw closer to the end of time and all things. Reflecting on the past, I see so much of God’s investment in and around me. I feel a certain conviction within me that it would be absurd going back to God with nothing, having taken so much out of this life.
“I must do something”, my heart beats “change something”, touch someone and make a clear little difference somehow”. Every now and then I have pushed to do a little within my personal reach.
I have been burdened with running with this for a long while now, and then came the vision in July 2012, I pressed in for clarity and direction but many things did not seen to add up. Feeling somewhat reluctant, things dragged on till January 2014, BEAUTY FOR ASHES RAINBOW’S INITIATIVE was dedicated to God and commissioned to God’s Glory.
The beauty for ashes project stands as an outreach arm of Rainbow Touch Limited. Founded on these mandate in Isaiah 61:3; Psalm 41:1-3, Isaiah 58:6-12, Matthew 25:31-40.
Our Mandate is as follows:
1. Loose the bonds of wickedness
2. Undo heavy burdens
3. Let the oppressed go free
4. Break every yoke
5. Share bread with the hungry
6. Give shelter to the neglected and cast away
7. Cover the naked
8. Visit the sick
9. Comfort all who morn
10. Take his pardon and message of forgiveness to the prisoners
11. He has sent me to heal the broken hearted; To give them BEAUTY FOR ASHES
I am aware of the enormity of these tasks, I am also aware that I have been anointed and graced for these. By God’s grace and the support of family and friends, we have been able to sink a Borehole at the IDP camp, Waru , Apo Abuja Nigeria, given support to internally displaced persons in Kuchigoro, Airport road, Dutse Alhaji and Jahi all in Abuja Nigeria. Paid medical bills for some people at the National hospital, Maitama general hospital Abuja Nigeria, given free empowerment trainings to over a hundred persons, visited Kuje prison and Keffi prison with some welfare supplies, given business support material to some widows, supported some orphanages in Abuja, support to widows and orphans, paid for a year’s accommodation, business start up, school fees for some stranded families in Abuja.
Many times, we miss a good place of experiencing TRUE JOY; seeing the expression of happiness on the faces these people in the course of these outreaches, I can’t put into words the feelings, its high, its heavenly bringing along a sense of fulfillment and PURPOSE; Really, this has been a motivating force for reaching out all along.
I don’t know about you, but i GIVE because I am BLESSED; having experienced the overwhelming LOVE OF GOD, I can’t withhold anything from him.
At the end of every month, we put together whatever is available and GO as the Lord gives his direction.

BEAUTY FOR ASHES RAINBOW INITIATIVE is being funded from the proceeds of our cakes and confectionery business, RAINBOW TOUCH CAKES.
We also run an educational company that awards up to 100 percent scholarships and offers admissions to deserving Nigerian students who want to study abroad, in collaboration with Bahcesehir Global University, BAU.
Finally, I bring you the key message, he says “go tell my people no more waste” whatever you have used to my glory; Henceforth NO MORE WASTE.
Salvation is a little food to the hungry, clothing to the naked, shelter to the homeless.
At the end of this life, we will not be judged by how many degrees and titles we acquired, how much money we made, but by these words in the scripture Matthew 25:31-40. May God Almighty grant you audience for your time and answer all your prayers, Amen. This little light of mine, am gonna let it shine.
